Terms and conditions of the purchase of our services
At the start of the work commencing Aura Landscapes require a minimum of 10% of the quote value or £600 + VAT paid upfront (whichever is greater) and will provide an invoice to this effect to secure your installation date.
Part way into the project Aura Landscapes will invoice for a ‘part payment’ which directly correlates with the amount of work completed at this point in time.
A final invoice will be issued on the day of completion of the project and will show the agreed quote price and will detail any extras agreed by the client and also any part payments received to give a final amount due.
Invoices will be submitted via email, in person at the end of the project or through the post. All invoices submitted to the client will be due and payable within seven (7) days of receipt by the client.
Aura Landscapes offer a five (5) year workmanship guarantee on their projects, EXCEPT if the groundwork is NOT completed by us. We, Aura Landscapes, will repair any defective work, fully installed by us, at no additional charge to the customer for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion. Exclusions apply: tracking lines, product faults, product tolerances, colour fade, migration of sand – this is not a full and exhaustive list.
Many of the product manufacturers we, Aura Landscapes, work with offer a separate product guarantee. If there is deemed to be a product fault then we would advise the client to contact the manufacturer directly or, where possible, we, Aura Landscapes, will make contact on our clients’ behalf.
Aura Landscapes accepts payment by credit and debit cards through our merchant Payzone we also accept payment by bank transfer or cheque.
